I believe effectiveness and impact in leadership and life derive from authenticity. Authenticity to me is when external actions are in harmony with internal values. I believe authenticity comes from knowing and being comfortable with who you are, and to then be willing to live with the impact of being who you are.
After balancing authenticity in a corporate career for 15 years, I decided to take off my mask. I now work with individuals and teams to try and help find a way they can take off their masks, if even for a while, and be true to themselves and their work. Working with me, organisations and participants can expect honest conversations, transparency, and delivering on the work we partner on, even if that means going beyond the brief or commercial contract. Coachees can also expect to leave more connected to who they want to be, reflective of where they are, and engaged around how to be more fulfilled in work and life.
I have 30 years of business experience, including 14+ years in coaching and facilitation. This includes over 1500 hours of coaching C Suite and senior leaders across manufacturing, offshore services, IT, banking, retail and UN agencies, both in India and abroad. I have also facilitated numerous leadership teams to help evolve shared visions, manage change and improve effectiveness.
My coachees include C Suite members, and high potential managers being groomed for larger roles. My areas of work include:

*helping to build and enunciate a reason for existence that helps define sharply the value the team adds and their role in leading the organisation
*helping increase effectiveness by addressing core barriers, such as inability to have honest conversations, or to leverage diversity.
*helping a new team/ merged team build its charter, roles, and rules for effective functioning
*working in change situations to internalise the change at a team and individual level, and build actions to maintain effectiveness
