Sushil Jhangiani has over 25 years of business experience across countries and cultures. He has over 1000 hours of coaching experience, and has also facilitated over 100 workshops with senior leadership teams.


In his coaching and leadership development work, Sushil has worked across diverse sectors and areas such as manufacturing, offshore services, IT, banking, UN agencies and Non Governmental Organisations, both in India and abroad.  


Some coaching facilitation areas covered are:

  • helping individuals build leadership capacity in readiness for senior management/ business leadership roles
  • helping individuals manage teams, people, stakeholders and relationships more effectively
  • building an understanding and appreciation of a coachee's role and value, and that of others, and ensuring that the team is not working below its level

Besides, this, Sushil is also a strategic consultant and marketing teacher. He spent the first 13 years of his career as a marketing professional, working for Procter and Gamble, and Reckitt Benckiser in India, Europe, and the Americas. Sushil is also a visiting faculty in the Marketing Area at the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. He teaches both first and second year students of the flagship Post Graduate Program. He also mentors students at the Young India Fellowship, a liberal arts finishing program for exceptional minds.
